This lists the "Essential 23" rules, a set of approved rules and expectations for student behavior based on The Essential 55, by Ron Clark, recommended reading for all American Academy parents. They are based on respect for self, for other students and for adults, including parents and teachers, and we teach these expectations at school every day.
Approved Core Knowledge costumes for the annual Fall Festival.
Use this form to help your student take responsibility for their own grades!
In this form (completely optional, of course), parents choose how much kids earn
or owe for each grade, late or missing assignment. The student then must log in
to their Infinite Campus account (all students have them, but you will need to
contact
Holly Landauer for log in information for K-4) and check their grades,
complete the appropriate columns with the IC information. Younger children will
likely need some help, but big kids should be able to look it up, and "keep it
up or bring it up!"
Use the form to apply to have your PTO donations withdrawn from your account electronically.
Please use this form to request an agenda item for a Board of Directors meeting. Download, complete, and email to the Board by 10:00 am on the Thursday preceding a Board meeting.

Acknowledgement that support at home, homework time and family volunteer hours are required by American Academy.
Agreement to the School District’s rules regarding appropriate use of its information

This form tells the district your status as a migrant (or not) worker and helps them to arrange services if necessary.
Use this form to indicate residency status if you are in a temporary living situation.
Tuition agreement for full-day kindergarten.
This form gives the school's IT department permission to install LanSchool software on your student's personal laptop. The software, active only while the students are connected to the school's network on site, allows teachers to control laptop viewing in support of the curriculum, as well as monitor student computer use in the classroom. American Academy requires that all personal student computers used in
American Academy classrooms to have LanSchool installed. While we cannot in
general require everyone to have LanSchool on their personal computers, please
note that any personal student computers without LanSchool installed
will not be allowed to be used in American Academy classrooms. Students
already bringing in personal laptops must visit the IT Department to have this
added to their computers.

This agreement must be completed for kids who will be walking to and from school on a regular basis.
Please read to find out how you can help make the Parker campus playground all that it should be!
