Intent to Enroll Form

The purpose of the Intent to Enroll Form is to let us know you wish to be included in our enrollment lottery, and it gives us information so that we may contact you. While the Intent to Enroll Form does not guarantee a spot at American Academy, it does mean that your student’s name will be in our enrollment lottery for the year s/he intends to enroll, along with everyone else who has filled out the forms. Please complete the form and fax to 720-873-7398.

DCSD Parent Portal Access Form

Download a copy of the DCSD Parent Portal Access Form and submit to the front office with a copy of your driver’s license. Please turn in your completed form no later than the 15th of the month to receive the necessary information to access Parent Portal around the 1st of the following month. Access is granted once a month.

Parent Portal Password Reset Form

If you have forgotten your username and/or password or have been locked out of your account, please fill out the DCSD Parent Portal Password Reset form. If you do not know your child’s student ID, fill it in with your family ID#. E-mail your completed form to Cindy Rhatigan.
