Join our Waitlist to be Included in the Lottery for the 2017-2018 School Year
American Academy ONLY enrolls new students (including KindiePrep students) via lottery because we want every child to have an opportunity to attend our school. The American Academy enrollment lottery is run on December 5 (or the first school day thereafter should the 5th fall on a weekend) each year. All students entered in the American Academy Lottery Waitlist by midnight the night before Lottery Day are included in the lottery. To join the American Academy Lottery Waitlist for any future year of enrollment, create an online Lottery Waitlist account using the links provided below. Once you have created your account, you may log back in at any time to review or change your waitlist account information, or to check on your waitlist status.
American Academy KindiePrep (Preschool, 3-5 Years)
Do you have a 3 or 4-year old? It's not too early to start learning at American Academy! To apply for enrollment in American Academy's KindiePrep program, please follow the same procedure for adding a K-8 student to the Lottery Waitlist, but select "PreK" for your student's grade and indicate what KindiePrep schedule section you are interested in. If you already have a family account on our Lottery Waitlist and need to add a KindiePrep student to your family Lottery Waitlist account, you can log in and update your family information to include that KindiePrep student at anytime. KindiePrep students are enrolled via the December 5 lottery, just like our K-8 students. Students attending KindiePrep have the priority option to attend American Academy's Kindergarten program upon completion of KindiePrep.
Got an Invitation to Enroll? Time to Register!
If you have received and accepted (by emailing the School) an invitation to enroll at American Academy, congratulations! Now, you must register each student within one week of your invitation to enroll in order to secure your student's spot. Read the instructions to find out how to register!
1) Go to the Registration webpage (link is on the left nav).
2) Download, print and complete as directed each form in the REQUIRED registration forms section.
3) Return the completed forms to the front office within one week of your invitation to enroll - every REQUIRED form must be completed and turned in by that date in order for your spot at American Academy to be secured!
